Registration and abstract submission

Please use our registration website for registration and abstract submission. The conference is limited to 120 attendees, so early registration is advisable. There is no registration fee charged for participation in the conference. However, participants that are neither invited speakers nor recipients of bursaries nor members of the Core Group of COST Action TD1308 have to find their own funding for their accommodation, travels, and meals. Please mark any dietary and other special requirements in the registration file though. Also note that participants have to book the accommodation on their own. Please consult the “Where to stay?” webpage for further details. Please note that (a) the conference chairs and the Scientific Organisational Committee reserve the right to refuse attendees and (b) invitation letters for obtaining visas are only issued to accepted (by the Scientific Committee) talk and poster presenters.

Bursaries and early career keynote speakers

Bursaries are available, for students and early career scientists (up to 8 years after their first Ph. D.) preferably for those giving oral and poster presentations. If you fall under the above-mentioned category and want to apply for one please mark the relevant box on the registration form. Recipients of bursaries will be selected by the Scientific Committee after the registration and abstract submission deadline (15 June 2017) and given notice in due course. Please note that bursaries will be allocated preferably to Ph.D. students, early career scientists, and researchers from EU Inclusiveness Target Countries.

The deadline for registration and abstract submission is 15 June 2017.
